Joint directive
Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources and the Nova Scotia Minister of Energy have issued a joint directive to the Canada–Nova Scotia Offshore Energy Regulator pursuant to paragraph 41(1)(a) of the Canada–Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act and Offshore Renewable Energy Management Act with respect to the effective date of Exploration Licences.

Notice No. SMSE-011-26 — Publication of RSS-Gen, Issue 6, and RSS-310, Issue 6
Notice is hereby given that Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada has published the following documents:
- Radio Standards Specification RSS-Gen, Issue 6, General Requirements for Compliance of Radio Apparatus, which sets out general requirements applicable to licensed and licence-exempt radio apparatus.
- Radio Standards Specification RSS-310, Issue 6, Licence-Exempt Radio Apparatus: Category II Equipment, which sets out standard requirements for licence-exempt radio apparatus that is exempt from certification.
These documents are now official and available on the Published documents page of the Spectrum management and telecommunications website.
