APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A CANADIAN BRANCH

Notice is hereby given that AWP P&C S.A., an insurer incorporated under the laws of France, intends to file, under section 574 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after August 17, 2026, an application for an order approving the insuring in Canada of risks, under the English name “AWP P&C S.A.” and the French name “AWP P&C S.A.”, within the classes of accident and sickness, property, automobile, boiler and machinery, and other approved products insurance.

The head office of AWP P&C S.A. is located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, France, and its Canadian chief agency will be located in Cambridge, Ontario. AWP P&C S.A.’s ultimate corporate parent, named Allianz SE, is a company incorporated under the laws of Germany.
