Wheat gluten — Decision

On June 19, 2026, pursuant to subsection 31(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated an investigation into the alleged injurious dumping of wheat gluten originating in or exported from the Italian Republic, the Republic of Poland, and the United Kingdom.

The full product definition and applicable tariff classification numbers are found on the CBSA Dumping and subsidy investigations webpage. The Statement of Reasons regarding the decision will be also be available within 15 days following the decision.
