“Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraphs 168(1)(b), 168(1)(c), 168(1)(d) and 168(1)(e), and subsection 149.1(4) of the Income Tax Act, that I propose to revoke the registration of the charity listed below and that by virtue of paragraph 168(2)(b) thereof, the revocation of registration is effective on the date of publication of this notice in the Canada Gazette.”

Notice is given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a determination on April 20, 2026, with respect to a complaint filed by NACRIS Inc. (NACRIS), of Wilmington, Delaware, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, concerning a procurement (solicitation W018-25A003) by the Department of National Defence (DND). The solicitation was for the provision of hotel amenities and accommodation services in Ridgecrest, California, United States of America.
NACRIS alleged that DND had not evaluated the winning bid in accordance with the requirements set out in the solicitation documents.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of various trade agreements, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was valid.

INQUIRY NQ-2025-007 — NOTICE OF FINDINGS
Oil country tubular goods
Notice is given that on April 21, 2026, further to the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s inquiry, and following the issuance by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency of a final determination dated March 23, 2026, that certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Mexico and the Philippines, and originating in Türkiye and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (or its successors or assigns), originating in South Korea and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Hyundai Steel Company (or its successors or assigns), and originating in the United States and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Tenaris S.A. (or its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, or assigns), have been dumped, the Tribunal has found,
- pursuant to subsection 43(1) of the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), that the dumping of the aforementioned goods originating in or exported from the Philippines, originating in Türkiye and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (or its successors or assigns), and originating in South Korea and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Hyundai Steel Company (or its successors or assigns), has caused injury to the domestic industry;
- pursuant to subsections 43(1) and 43(1.01) of SIMA, that the dumping of the aforementioned goods originating in or exported from Mexico has caused injury to the domestic industry; and
- pursuant to subsections 43(1) and 43(1.01) of SIMA, that the dumping of the aforementioned goods originating in the United States and exported or produced by, or on behalf of, Tenaris S.A. (or its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, or assigns), has caused injury to the domestic industry.
The Tribunal further found that the circumstances referred to in paragraph 42(1)(b) of SIMA relating to massive importation are not present.

PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT ACT
Permission and leave granted (Massia, Randall)
The Public Service Commission of Canada, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby gives notice that it has granted permission, pursuant to subsection 114(4) of the said Act, to Randall Massia, National Defence, to seek nomination as, and to be, a candidate, before and during the election period, in the electoral district of Brandon East, Manitoba, in the provincial election to be held on or before October 5, 2027.
The Public Service Commission of Canada, pursuant to subsection 114(5) of the said Act, has also granted a leave of absence without pay during the election period, effective the first day the employee is a candidate during the election period.
