MUNICH REINSURANCE AMERICA, INC.

ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 587.1(4) of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), that Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. (“MRAM”), carrying on business in Canada as a branch (the “MRAM Branch”), intends to make an application to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), on or after December 3, 2025, for approval to cause itself to be reinsured, on an assumption basis, by Munich Reinsurance Company of Canada, against all risks undertaken by the MRAM Branch.

A copy of the proposed assumption reinsurance agreement will be available for inspection by the treatyholders of the MRAM Branch at the MRAM Branch’s Chief Agency at 390 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario M5H 2Y2 during regular business hours for a period of 30 days following publication of this notice.

Additionally, a copy of the proposed assumption reinsurance agreement will be provided to a treatyholder upon written request sent to the address above or via email at p0060009947@mroc.com.
