Whereas, under subsection 87(5) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 footnote b, the Minister of the Environment has added the substance referred to in the annexed Order to the Domestic Substances List footnote c;
Therefore, the Minister of the Environment makes the annexed Order 2025-87-04-02 Amending the Non-domestic Substances List under subsection 87(5) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999footnote b.

Notice No. SMSE-009-25 — Release of RSS-102.SAR.MEAS, issue 2, and RSS-102.SAR.SIM, issue 1
Notice is hereby given that Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) has published the following documents:
- Radio Standards Specification (RSS)-102.SAR.MEAS, issue 2, Measurement Procedure for Assessing Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Compliance in Accordance with RSS-102, which sets out the SAR compliance requirements for all equipment operating in the 100 kHz to 6 GHz frequency band.
- RSS-102.SAR.SIM, issue 1, Simulation Procedure for Assessing Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Compliance in Accordance with RSS-102, which sets out the computational electromagnetic simulation procedures for assessing compliance of equipment operating in the frequency range from 100 kHz to 6 GHz with SAR limits, as outlined in RSS-102.
These documents are now official and available on the Published documents page of the Spectrum management and telecommunications website.
