FILE PR-2025-001 — NOTICE OF DETERMINATION
Call centre training
Notice is given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a determination on August 12, 2025, with respect to a complaint filed by Resolution Alliance Inc. (Resolution), of Montréal, Quebec, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, concerning a procurement (solicitation 100028281) by the Department of Employment and Social Development (ESDC). The solicitation was for facilitation services for the delivery of multiple virtual trainings to ESDC call centre employees.
Resolution alleged that ESDC had unreasonably evaluated its proposal against one of the point-rated technical criteria, as it was allegedly awarded higher points for the same experience under previous solicitations.
The Tribunal determined that the complaint was valid on the ground of complaint for which the Tribunal had conducted an inquiry.
