Thermoelectric containers
Notice is given that on June 2, 2025, pursuant to paragraph 76.03(12)(b) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal continued, without amendment, its order made on September 5, 2019, in expiry review RR-2018-004, concerning the dumping and subsidizing of certain thermoelectric containers originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China. The full description of the aforementioned goods can be found in the Tribunal’s order.
