Notice is hereby given that Gore Mutual Insurance Company, a mutual insurance company incorporated in Canada under the Insurance Companies Act of Canada (the “ICA”) and governed by the ICA, having its principal place of business in the City of Cambridge, in the Province of Ontario, will apply to the Parliament of Canada, at the present session thereof or at either of the two sessions immediately following the present session, for a private Act authorizing it to apply to be continued as a body corporate under the laws of the Province of Quebec.
