Amendment to the List of Electoral Districts set out in Schedule 3 to the Canada Elections Act

Pursuant to subsection 539(2) of the Canada Elections Act, S.C. 2000, c. 9, notice is given that the list of electoral districts set out in Schedule 3 to the Act is amended as follows:

• under the heading “Province of Ontario”
  • by deleting:
    • Algoma—Manitoulin—Kapuskasing
    • Kenora
    • Timmins—James Bay
  • by adding, in alphabetical order:
    • Kapuskasing—Timmins—Mushkegowuk
    • Kenora—Kiiwetinoong

  • by deleting:
