Notice is given that on February 3, 2025, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal determined (preliminary injury inquiry PI-2024-003) that there was evidence that disclosed a reasonable indication that the dumping of corrosion-resistant steel sheet originating in or exported from the Republic of Türkiye by Borçelik Çelik Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. had caused injury to the domestic industry, pursuant to subsection 37.1(1) of the Special Import Measures Act. The full description of the aforementioned goods can be found in the Tribunal’s determination.

CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL TRADE TRIBUNAL
DETERMINATION
Highway maintenance and repair
Notice is given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a determination (file PR-2024-044) on February 5, 2025, with respect to a complaint filed by White Bear Industries Ltd., of Terrace, British Columbia, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, concerning a procurement (solicitation WS4269687423) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). The solicitation was for the highway maintenance and repair of a portion of the Alaska Highway in British Columbia.
White Bear Industries Ltd. alleged that the rejection of its bid by PWGSC on the basis of alleged misconduct that occurred during the execution of previous contracts with PWGSC was unjustified and constituted a breach of the applicable trade agreements.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of various trade agreements, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was valid.
Further information may be obtained from the Registry, 613‑993‑3595 (telephone), citt-tcce@tribunal.gc.ca (email).
