Deregistration of a registered political party and its affiliated registered electoral district associations
As a result of the failure to comply with the obligations of section 413 of the Canada Elections Act, the “Maverick Party” and the following electoral district associations are deregistered, effective February 28, 2025:
- Battleford - Lloydminster Maverick Party EDA
- Calgary Heritage Electoral District Association
- Dauphin–Swan River–Neepawa Maverick Party EDA
- Maverick Party Foothills Electoral District Association
- Maverick Party Grande Prairie-Mackenzie
- Maverick Party - North Okanagan–Shuswap
- Maverick Red Deer–Lacombe EDA
- Mavericks of Peace River - Westlock
