After publication of the notice of intention to revoke in the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 157, No. 24, June 17, 2023, on page 2037, the charity listed below was revoked because it had not met the filing requirements of the Income Tax Act. The notice of intention to revoke was subsequently reconsidered and vacated by the Minister. The charity listed below is no longer revoked and the publication of its notice of intention to revoke at page 2037 is rescinded.

Notice of suspension of Fundamental Decision of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board
On October 3, 2023, the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources received notice of a Fundamental Decision from the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board to issue Exploration Licence 2437 to Inceptio Limited.
Pursuant to section 34 of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act, this notice confirms that the federal Minister of Energy and Natural Resources suspended the implementation of this Fundamental Decision for a period ending December 2, 2023.
