Notice is hereby given that the above-mentioned notice published on page 2888 of the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 157, No. 35, dated Saturday, September 2, 2023, contained errors. The two occurrences of “AlbertaEx, L.P.” in the notice, one in the subheading, one in the first paragraph, should have been written as follows:

INQUIRY

Computer programmers

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2023-028) from Leo-Pisces Services Group Inc. (Leo-Pisces), of Brampton, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation 23-58008) made by the National Research Council of Canada. The solicitation was for the provision of services by a Level 3 BI programmer/analyst. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal decided on August 22, 2023, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

Leo-Pisces alleges that its financial bid was unfairly evaluated based on undisclosed evaluation criteria. Leo-Pisces requests a re-evaluation of its bid.

INQUIRY

Software

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2023-029) from Maerix inc. (Maerix), of Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, concerning a procurement (Solicitation T8080-220683-1) made by Transport Canada (TC). The solicitation was for the acquisition of software as a service to manage occupational health and safety programs for TC. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on August 28, 2023, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

Maerix alleges various irregularities in the procurement process, including that the solicitation does not contain sufficient quantitative information to enable a bidder to know the level of requirements sought by the government institution.
