In the alternative, the President of the Canada Border Services Agency has claimed that the goods in issue should be classified under tariff item 2106.90.94 as "food preparations not elsewhere specific or included, containing 50% or more by weight of dairy content, over access commitment". |

Notice is hereby given that the notice bearing the above-mentioned title published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 157, No. 30, Saturday, July 29, 2023, on page 2630, should have been written as follows:
The Public Service Commission of Canada, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby gives notice that it has granted permission, pursuant to subsection 114(4) of the said Act, to Cole Jones, Acting Assistant Director, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, to seek nomination as a candidate before and during the election period, and to be a candidate before the election period in the federal election in the electoral district of Nepean, Ontario. The election will take place on or before October 20, 2025.
The Public Service Commission of Canada, pursuant to subsection 114(5) of the said Act, has also granted a leave of absence without pay during the election period, effective the first day the employee is a candidate during the election period.
