Notice is hereby given that the above-mentioned Regulations, published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 157, No. 21, dated Saturday, May 27, 2023, need to be updated. Accordingly, the following modifications are made.
On page 1708, under “Contact”:

Should be replaced by the following:

In addition, on the same page, the second sentence of the second paragraph under the “Proposed regulatory text” section, which was written as follows:
