The following notice of proposed revocation was sent to the charity listed below for failure to meet the parts of the Income Tax Act as listed in this notice:
“Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraphs 168(1)(b), 168(1)(d), and subsection 149.1(4) of the Income Tax Act, of our intention to revoke the registration of the charity listed below and that by virtue of paragraph 168(2)(b) thereof, the revocation of registration will be effective on the date of publication of this notice in the Canada Gazette.”

DETERMINATION
Hoses and flexible tubing
Notice is given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a determination (File PR-2022-066) on June 26, 2023, with respect to a complaint filed by Steeple Incorporated (Steeple), of Whitby, Ontario, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, concerning a procurement (solicitation W8482-230481/A) by the Department of National Defence (DND). The solicitation was for the supply of non-metallic hoses.
Steeple alleged that DND improperly awarded the contract to Simex Defence Inc.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of the applicable trade agreement, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was valid in part.

INQUIRY
Network conferencing software and audioconferencing systems
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2023-018) from Dannis Communications Inc. d.b.a. Mercuri Conferencing (Mercuri), of Burlington, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation P2P 105809) made by Shared Services Canada (SSC). The solicitation was for the provision of conferencing and operator-assisted services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on June 27, 2023, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Mercuri alleges that SSC failed to reasonably extend the bid closing date when requested by Mercuri.
