Communications, photographic, mapping, printing and publication services

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2022-079) from Services professionnels d’écriture et de communication enr. (SPEC enr.) of Gatineau, Quebec, concerning a procurement (Solicitation 23-222499) made by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD). The solicitation was for on-call editing services for communications products. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on April 4, 2023, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

SPEC enr. alleges that DFATD treated it differently from other potential suppliers during the procurement process.

PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT ACT

Permission and leave granted (Pellissier-Lush, Richard)

The Public Service Commission of Canada, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby gives notice that it has granted permission, pursuant to subsection 114(4) of the said Act, to Richard Pellissier-Lush, Indigenous Relations Officer, Parks Canada, to seek nomination as a candidate during the election period, and to be a candidate in the provincial election in the electoral district of O’Leary-Inverness, Prince Edward Island. The election will be held on April 3, 2023.

The Public Service Commission of Canada, pursuant to subsection 114(5) of the said Act, has also granted a leave of absence without pay during the election period to be a candidate.
