Therefore, the following notice of intention to revoke has been sent to the charities listed below, and is now being published according to the requirements of the Income Tax Act:
“Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 168(1)(a) of the Income Tax Act, that I propose to revoke the registration of the charity listed below and that by virtue of paragraph 168(2)(a) thereof, the revocation of the registration is effective on the date of publication of this notice in the Canada Gazette.”

Description of critical habitat of Bank Swallow in Banff National Park of Canada, Cape Breton Highlands National Park of Canada, Jasper National Park of Canada, Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site, Kluane National Park and National Park Reserve of Canada, Kootenay National Park of Canada, Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada, Prince Edward Island National Park of Canada, Rouge National Urban Park of Canada and Wapusk National Park of Canada
The Bank Swallow (Riparia riparia) is one of the smallest swallows in Canada, distinguished from other swallows by the brown band across its chest. This species is a migratory bird protected under the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994, and is listed on Schedule 1 of the Species at Risk Act. In Canada, the Bank Swallow breeding range includes all provinces, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories. Nesting Burrows are excavated in vertical or near-vertical erodible banks, primarily along waterways.
The Recovery Strategy for the Bank Swallow (Riparia riparia) in Canada identifies critical habitat for the species in a number of areas, including within Banff National Park of Canada, Cape Breton Highlands National Park of Canada, Jasper National Park of Canada, Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site, Kluane National Park and National Park Reserve of Canada, Kootenay National Park of Canada, Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada, Prince Edward Island National Park of Canada, Rouge National Urban Park of Canada and Wapusk National Park of Canada.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Species at Risk Act, that 90 days after the date of publication of this notice, subsection 58(1) of the Act will apply to the critical habitat of the Bank Swallow, identified in the recovery strategy for the species that is included in the Species at Risk Public Registry, and that is located within Banff National Park of Canada, Cape Breton Highlands National Park of Canada, Jasper National Park of Canada, Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site, Kluane National Park and National Park Reserve of Canada, Kootenay National Park of Canada, Kouchibouguac National Park of Canada, Prince Edward Island National Park of Canada, Rouge National Urban Park of Canada and Wapusk National Park of Canada, the boundaries of which are described in Schedule 1 to the Canada National Parks Act.
