RELEASE OF ASSETS
Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], notice is hereby given that Partner Reinsurance Company Ltd. intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), on or after March 26, 2022, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.
Any policyholder or creditor in respect of Partner Reinsurance Company Ltd.’s insurance business in Canada opposing such release is invited to file an opposition by mail to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), Regulatory Affairs Division, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, or by email at approvalsandprecedents@osfi-bsif.gc.ca, on or before May 9, 2022.

Yacht-Club St-Benoît Inc. hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act, for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the said Act, Yacht-Club St-Benoît Inc. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the online Common Project Search registry under Registry No. 5236, or under Navigation Protection Program File No. 2019-300049, a description of the site and plans of modifications to the marina on Lake Memphrémagog, Sargent Bay, in Austin, Quebec, in front of Lot 5 385 803.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Common Project Search site mentioned above under the comment section (search by the above-referenced number) or if you do not have access to the Internet, by sending your comments directly to the Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 1550 D’Estimauville Avenue, Québec, Quebec G1J 0C8.
Transport Canada (TC) will not make your comments on a project available to the public on the online public registry. However, any information related to a work is considered as unclassified public record and could be accessible upon legal request. Therefore, the information and records provided should not contain confidential or sensitive information. If you want to provide confidential or sensitive information that you think should not be made public, please contact TC before submitting it.
Comments will be considered only if they are in writing (electronic means preferably) and are received not later than 30 days after the publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
