“Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 168(1)(c) of the Income Tax Act, that I propose to revoke the registration of the charity listed below and that by virtue of subsection 168(2) thereof, the revocation of the registration is effective on the date of publication of this notice in the Canada Gazette.”

DETERMINATION
Laboratory equipment and supplies
Notice is hereby given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a determination (File No. PR-2021-001) on July 12, 2021, with respect to a complaint filed by Leistritz Advanced Technologies Corp. (Leistritz) of Somerville, New Jersey, United States of America, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.), concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. 31026-217733/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services on behalf of the National Research Council of Canada. The solicitation was for the supply, transportation, delivery, installation and commissioning of a high free volume twin-screw extruder and all accessories.
Leistritz alleged irregularities in the procurement process.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of various trade agreements, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was not valid.

Notice is hereby given that, on April 22, 2021, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal found (Inquiry No. NQ-2020-003), pursuant to subsection 43(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, that the dumping of wheat gluten, originating in or exported from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania, has caused injury to the domestic industry.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File No. PR-2021-016) from 1091847 Ontario Ltd. d.b.a. Aurora Solutions (Aurora) of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. BPM011620) made by Shared Services Canada on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development. The solicitation was for uninterruptible power supplies and power distribution units. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on June 15, 2021, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

(Eastcom) of Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador, concerning a procurement made by the Department of National Defence (DND). The solicitation was for cellular signal boosters. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on July 15, 2021, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Eastcom alleges that DND shared confidential information from Eastcom’s bid with the winning bidder.
