MEMBERTOU DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
The Membertou Development Corporation hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, the Membertou Development Corporation has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the Land Registry Office at Sydney, Nova Scotia, under deposit No. 113579735, a description of the site and plans for the replacement of the wharf located at 46°09'38.36" N and 60°11'58.57" W, Sydney Harbour, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, in the province of Nova Scotia, in front of Lot 2017-4.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, P.O. Box 42, Moncton, New Brunswick E1C 8K6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

TRUE NORTH MORTGAGE
LETTERS PATENT OF INCORPORATION
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Bank Act (Canada), that True North Mortgage Inc., incorporated under the Business Corporations Act of Alberta, with its head office in Calgary, Alberta, intends to apply to the Minister of Finance (Canada) for letters patent incorporating a Schedule I bank to carry on the business of banking in Canada.
The proposed bank will carry on business in Canada under the legal names "THINK Bank" in the English form and "Banque THINK" in the French form. The bank will provide consumer retail and mortgage services to Canadian residents and its head office will be located in Calgary, Alberta.
Any person who objects to the proposed incorporation may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before February 1, 2019.
