Huitres Aquador Inc. hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, Huitres Aquador Inc. has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of the Richibucto Harbour Port Authority, at Richibucto, New Brunswick, a description of the site and plans for the aquaculture site MS-1394 using floating cages in Richibucto Harbour, at Indian Island Road, in front of street address 105 Powell Drive.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, 6th Floor, P.O. Box 42, Moncton, New Brunswick E1C 8K6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

The Société des Établissements de Plein Air du Québec (Sépaq) hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, the Sépaq has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Chambly, at 2877 De Chambly Road, Office 40, Longueuil, Quebec J4L 1M8, under deposit No. 24 009 624, a description of the site and plans for the construction of a new bridge over La Grande Rivière on the current site of a cable ferry, located in the Boucherville Islands, on the territory of the City of Boucherville, in between lots 3 926 142 and 3 926 138.
