CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL TRADE TRIBUNAL

Quality control, testing, inspection and technical representative services

Notice is hereby given that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) issued an order (File No. PR-2016-026) on October 26, 2016, with respect to a complaint filed by Caduceon Environmental Laboratories, of Kingston, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. E6TOR-15RM11/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services. The solicitation was for the provision of commercial testing laboratory services.

Pursuant to subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, the Tribunal has ceased its inquiry into the complaint and terminated all proceedings relating thereto.
