RELEASE OF ASSETS

Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], notice is hereby given that Endurance Reinsurance Corporation of America intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) on or after April 23, 2012, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.

Any policyholder or creditor in respect of Endurance Reinsurance Corporation of America’s insurance business in Canada opposing such release must file notice of such opposition to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), Legislation and Approvals Division, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before April 23, 2012.

PLANS DEPOSITED

The Westlock Regional Water Services Commission hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Westlock Regional Water Services Commission has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Land Registry Office for the Province of Alberta, at Edmonton, Alberta, under deposit No. 122046100, a description of the site and plans for a proposed new raw water intake in the Pembina River, in SE 23-60-1-W5M, to serve Westlock County.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 9700 Jasper Avenue, Suite 1100, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 4E6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
