Notice is hereby given that in the above-mentioned Regulations published on page 3194 of the Canada Gazette, Part 1, Vol. 145, No. 41, dated Saturday, October 8, 2011, the third bullet of the second paragraph on page 3196 contained an error in the English version of the Regulatory Impact Analysis Statement and should have read as follows:
