Statement of Royalties to Be Collected by Re:Sound in Respect of the Use of Recorded Music to Accompany Dance

Notice is hereby given that there is an error in Re:Sound Tariff 6.A (Use of Recorded Music to Accompany Dance) for the years 2008 to 2012 in the Copyright Board supplement published in the Canada Gazette, Part Ⅰ, Vol. 145, No. 29, on Saturday, July 16, 2011. Subsection 1(2) should read as follows:

(2) This tariff does not apply to any venue operated by a not-for-profit religious institution or not-for-profit educational institution, if the dancing is primarily made available to participants under the age of 19.
