APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH AN INSURANCE COMPANY

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) that Arch Insurance Company, a Missouri entity, which is an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of Arch Capital Group Ltd., a Bermuda entity, intends to file with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after September 6, 2011, an application for the Minister of Finance to issue letters patent incorporating an insurance company under the name Arch Insurance Canada Ltd., in English, and Arch assurances Canada Ltée, in French, to carry on the business of property, accident and sickness, aircraft, automobile, boiler and machinery, fidelity, hail, legal expense, liability, marine (limited to the servicing of existing policies), surety, credit protection and title insurance in Canada. Its head office will be located in Toronto, Ontario.

Any person who objects to the proposed incorporation may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before September 5, 2011.

ExxonMobil Canada Properties hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, ExxonMobil Canada Properties has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Lands Office of the electoral district of Trinity North, at Clarenville, Newfoundland and Labrador, under deposit No. 8200-2009-700048, a description of the site and plans for the proposed reconstruction and alteration of a bund wall in Great Mosquito Cove, Bull Arm, at Trinity Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navi-gation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O.
