APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A TRUST COMPANY
Notice is hereby given that Pacific Equity Partners Fund IV GP (Jersey) Limited, a Jersey entity, Pacific Equity Partners Fund IV, L.P., a Delaware entity, Armor Acquisition LLC, a Delaware entity, Canadian Stock Transfer Holdings LLC, a Delaware entity, and Canadian Stock Transfer Company Inc., a Canadian entity, intend to file with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after April 16, 2011, an application for the Minister of Finance to issue letters patent incorporating a trust company under the name Canadian Stock Transfer & Trust Company, in English, and Société de fiducie et de transfert d’actions canadienne, in French, to carry on the business of a trust company in Canada. Its head office will be located in the city of Toronto, Ontario.
Any person who objects to the proposed incorporation may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before May 16, 2011.

Kiely Cove Marine Enterprises hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Kiely Cove Marine Enterprises has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Halifax, Nova Scotia, at 780 Windmill Road, under deposit No. 97957576, a description of the site and plans for a shellfish and marine plants aquaculture site at 44°30′07″ N, 63°50′47.3″ W, in Kiely Cove, at Blind Bay, in the Halifax Regional Municipality, Nova Scotia, in front of Lot 40066649.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

THE WAWANESA MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY
ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE TRANSACTION
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), that The Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company (“Wawanesa Mutual”) and Wawanesa General Insurance Company (“Wawanesa General”) intend to enter into an assumption reinsurance agreement to be effective as of on or after June 30, 2011, whereby, subject to receipt of all required regulatory approvals, Wawanesa General will reinsure, on an assumption basis, all of the insurance risks undertaken by the United States branch of Wawanesa Mutual including all present and future obligations under such risks.
Notice is also hereby given that an application for approval of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions under the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) to proceed with this transaction will be made on or after May 10, 2011.
A copy of the Agreement is available for inspection at the head office of Wawanesa Mutual, located at 107 4th Street, Wawanesa, Manitoba, during regular business hours for a 30-day period after the date of publication of this notice. Any policyholder who wishes to obtain a copy of the Agreement may do so in writing to the above-noted address.
