Order Designating the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development as the Minister for the Purposes of that Act
P.C. 2020-124 March 9, 2020
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the National Housing Act footnote a,
- (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2006-83 of February 6, 2006 footnote b; and
- (b) designates the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
