His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b), terminates the assignment of the Honourable Patricia A. Hajdu, made by Order in Council P.C. 2015-1228 of November 4, 2015 (see footnote c), effective January 10, 2017.
