Order Fixing July 27, 2012 as the Day on which Certain Sections of the Act Come into Force

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) pursuant to section 505 of the Jobs, Growth and Long-term Prosperity Act, chapter 19 of the Statutes of Canada, 2012, fixes July 27, 2012 as the day on which sections 496 to 504 of that Act come into force; and
• (b) pursuant to section 696 of that Act, fixes July 27, 2012 as the day on which section 686 of that Act comes into force.
