Notice of intention to expropriate — Les Aboiteaux, New Brunswick

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all interests in the parcel of land situated at Les Aboiteaux (Dupuis Corner), Village of Cap-Pelé, Parish of Shediac, County of Westmorland, Province of New Brunswick, as more particularly described in the schedule attached hereto, are required by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada for the expansion of an existing harbour facility.

It is intended that the aforementioned interests be expropriated by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada.

Any person who objects to the intended expropriation of the above-mentioned interests may, within 30 days from the day upon which this Notice of Intention to Expropriate is published in the Canada Gazette, forward by registered mail to, or leave at, the Office of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, Attention: Regional Director General, Dominion Public Building, 1713 Bedford Row, 2nd Floor, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3C9, an objection in writing stating the name and address of such person and indicating the nature of his or her objection, the grounds on which his or her objection is based and the nature of his or her interest in the matter of this intended expropriation.

ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land and land covered by water situated at Tedish River (Harsman's Brook, Dupuis Corner), Village of Cap-Pelé, Parish of Shediac, County of Westmorland, Province of New Brunswick, shown as Parcel 2010-1 on Public Works and Government Services Canada Plan S-5574-W, dated November 26, 2010, as signed by Brandon M. MacDonald, New Brunswick Land Surveyor, said Parcel 2010-1 being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a calculated coordinate point (33) situated on the western boundary of Parcel 1, lands now or formerly of Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada (PID 70116561) and on the Ordinary High Water Mark (July 2010) of the waters of Tedish River (Harsman's Brook), as shown on the above-mentioned plan, said calculated coordinate point (33) having grid coordinate values of East 2 669 952.344 metres and North 7 472 234.750 metres;

THENCE following along the said Ordinary High Water Mark (July 2010) of the waters of Tedish River (Harsman's Brook), in a generally southerly direction to a calculated coordinate point (15299), as shown on the above-mentioned plan, said calculated coordinate point (15299) being 164 degrees 43 minutes 22 seconds, a distance of 77.204 metres from the said Place of Beginning;

THENCE 239 degrees 03 minutes 59 seconds, a distance of 50.000 metres to a calculated coordinate point (30);

THENCE 328 degrees 09 minutes 28 seconds, a distance of 244.270 metres to a calculated coordinate point (34) situated on the Ordinary High Water Mark (July 2010) of the waters of Tedish River (Harsman's Brook);

THENCE following along the said Ordinary High Water Mark (July 2010) of the waters of Tedish River (Harsman's Brook) in a generally northerly direction for a distance of 158 metres, more or less, to a calculated coordinate point (32), said calculated coordinate point (32) being 343 degrees 10 minutes 19 seconds, a distance of 134.017 metres from the last said calculated coordinate point (34);

THENCE in a generally easterly direction crossing a channel (man-made) and following along the face of wharf (1991) for a distance of 120 metres, more or less, to a calculated coordinate point (111) situated on the Ordinary High Water Mark (1991) of the waters of Tedish River (Harsman's Brook), said calculated coordinate point (111) being 93 degrees 39 minutes 58 seconds, a distance of 119.172 metres from the last said calculated coordinate point (32);

THENCE following along the said Ordinary High Water Mark (1991) of the waters of Tedish River (Harsman's Brook), in a generally southerly direction for a distance of 380 metres, more or less, to the Place of Beginning, said Place of Beginning being 162 degrees 38 minutes 11 seconds, a distance of 238.874 metres from the last said calculated coordinate point (111).

THE above-described Parcel 2010-1 contains an area of 4.2 hectares, more or less.

It is intended that the aforementioned interests be expropriated by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all interests in the parcels of land situated at Stanley Bridge, County of Queens, Province of Prince Edward Island, as more particularly described in the schedules attached hereto, are required by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada for harbour development and operations.

It is intended that the aforementioned interests be expropriated by Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada.
