The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2016-055) from Marine International Dragage Inc. (MID), of Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, concerning an alleged contract by mutual consent between the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) and an entity identified as Sauvetage Maritime Océan Inc. for goods and/or services relating to the ship Kathryn Spirit, moored in Beauharnois, Quebec.
