CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL TRADE TRIBUNAL

INQUIRY

Transportation equipment and spares

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2015-067) from Oshkosh Defense Canada Incorporated (Oshkosh Defense), of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. W8476-06MSMP/L) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation is for the provision of military vehicles and related equipment and services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on March 14, 2016, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint. The inquiry into this complaint will be joined with the ongoing inquiry in File No. PR-2015-051.

Oshkosh Defense alleges that PWGSC failed to maintain complete documentation regarding the conduct of the procurement and evaluation.

PATENTED MEDICINE PRICES REVIEW BOARD

Take notice that the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (the “Board”) will hold a hearing in its offices in the Standard Life Centre, 333 Laurier Avenue West, 18th Floor, Ottawa, Ontario, on a date to be determined by the hearing panel.

The purpose of this proceeding is to receive the evidence and argument of the Staff of the Board (“Board Staff”) and the Respondent on the Notice of Application by Board Staff dated March 1, 2016, for an order, under section 81 of the Patent Act (the “Act”), requiring the Respondent to provide the Board with the information and documents referred to in section 80 of the Act and in sections 3 and 4 of the Patented Medicines Regulations.
