L'Étang Ruisseau Bar Ltd. hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, L'Étang Ruisseau Bar Ltd. has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Gloucester, at Bathurst, New Brunswick, under deposit No. 33612848, a description of the site and plans for the proposed floating shellfish aquaculture facilities in Saint-Simon-Sud Bay, Shippagan, New Brunswick. This application is an expansion and amalgamation of existing sites MS-0061, MS-0613 and MS-0062 (approximate coordinates 47°43′49.25″ N and 64°46′31.9″ W) located in front of the L'Étang Ruisseau Bar Ltd. property, at 432 Des Huîtres Road, Haut-Shippagan, New Brunswick.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
