RELEASE OF ASSETS

Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], notice is hereby given that Arch Insurance Company intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) on October 28, 2013, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.

Any policyholder or creditor in respect of Arch Insurance Company’s insurance business in Canada opposing that release is invited to file an opposition by mail to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), Legislation and Approvals Division, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, or by email at approvalsandprecedents@osfi-bsif.gc.ca, on or before October 28, 2013.

Cyril Bulger and Pius Bulger hereby give notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Cyril Bulger and Pius Bulger have deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Prince, at Summerside, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. 37565, a description of the site and plans for surface aquaculture sites in the Foxley River, at Foxley River, in front of Lot 6.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
