ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 587.1 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada), CMFG Life Insurance Company (formerly CUNA Mutual Insurance Society) [“CMFG”] intends to make an application to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), on or after July 29, 2013, being 30 days after the date of publication of this notice, for approval to cause itself to be reinsured, on an assumption basis, against all risks undertaken by CMFG’s Canadian Branch (the “Canadian Branch”) in respect of its policies in Canada, by CUMIS Life Insurance Company (“CUMIS Life”). CUMIS Life has been administering these policies on behalf of the Canadian Branch since 1977.

The assumption reinsurance agreement and the report of the Independent Actuary are available for inspection at the office of the Chief Agent of the Canadian Branch located at 151 North Service Road, Burlington, Ontario, during regular business hours.

Anyone wishing to obtain a copy of the assumption reinsurance agreement or the report of the Independent Actuary may do so by writing to Craig Marshall, Chief Agent, CMFG Life Insurance Company, 15l North Service Road, Burlington, Ontario L7R 4C2 or by email to craig.marshall@cumis.com.

In January 2012, CUNA Mutual Insurance Society reorganized and the membership rights attaching to its policies (including those of the Canadian Branch) were transferred to CUNA Mutual Holding Company (“Mutual Holdco”). The assumption reinsurance agreement will not affect the membership rights of the Canadian Branch policyholders and these rights will continue with Mutual Holdco while the policies remain active and in force.

Tembec hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Tembec has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Cochrane, at Cochrane, Ontario, under deposit No. R7, a description of the site and plans for the proposed construction of a culvert in Wabicock Creek, township of Swanson, at the 18.7-kilometre marker on Swanson Road, near Kapuskasing.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 100 Front Street S, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 2M4. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A BANK

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Bank Act (Canada) [the “Act”], that Wealth One Canada Inc. (the “Applicant”) intends to apply to the Minister of Finance (Canada) [the “Minister”] for letters patent incorporating a Schedule I bank (the “Bank”).

Upon the grant by the Minister of letters patent and the issuance by the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) of an order to commence and carry on business, the Bank will carry on business in Canada under the name of Wealth One Bank of Canada in English and Banque Wealth One du Canada in French. The head office of the Bank will be located in Toronto, Ontario. The Bank will provide consumer retail and commercial banking services to Canadians, including high net worth individuals and professionals from within the Canadian Chinese community. The promoters, developers and significant shareholders of the Bank will be Mr. Mao Hua Chen, Ms. Mingyan Liu, the Xian Family Trust, Mr. Yuansheng Ouyang and Ms. Guifang Zhu.
