LETTERS PATENT OF AMALGAMATION

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 228(2) of the Bank Act (Canada) [the “Act”], that B2B Bank, a bank governed by the Act, and its wholly owned subsidiary AGF Trust Company, a trust company governed by the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada), intend to make a joint application to the Minister of Finance on or after March 4, 2013, for the issue of letters patent of amalgamation continuing B2B Bank and AGF Trust Company as one bank as of September 1, 2013.

The amalgamated bank will carry on business in Canada under the name of B2B Bank in English and B2B Banque in French, and its head office will be located in Toronto, Ontario. B2B Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of Laurentian Bank of Canada.

Note: The publication of this Notice should not be construed as evidence that letters patent will be issued. The granting of the letters patent will be dependent upon the normal Bank Act (Canada) application review process and the discretion of the Minister of Finance.

The City of Saskatoon hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, the City of Saskatoon has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and at the Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan, at Regina, under deposit No. 102116955, a description of the site and plans of the existing treated wastewater outfall structure located in the South Saskatchewan River at the H.M. Weir Wastewater Treatment Plant, at 470 Whiteswan Drive, Saskatoon.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 9700 Jasper Avenue, Suite 1100, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 4E6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
