Publishing rates, effective April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020

These rates are based on a full page for Part I and Part II.Footnote 1

  • Part I: $354 per page
  • Part II: $139 per page

Digital copy

Since April 1, 2018, you can obtain a digital copy of your published notice free of charge. This is a copy of your notice in a Portable Document Format (PDF) version, with a cover page bearing the "Canada Gazette" wordmark and the Canada Coat of Arms.

Crown corporations

Publishing rates, effective April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020

  • Part I: $402 per page
  • Part II: $122 per page

Digital copy

Since April 1, 2018, you can obtain a digital copy of your published notice free of charge. This is a copy of your notice in a Portable Document Format (PDF) version, with a cover page bearing the "Canada Gazette" wordmark and the Canada Coat of Arms.

Non-federal clients

Publishing rates, effective April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020

The rate of $402 plus applicable taxes is based on a full page.Footnote 1 A page is letter size.

The approximate cost for publishing a plans deposited notice is $200 (half page) plus applicable taxes.

Translation

The Canada Gazette is published in both official languages. You must submit your notice in both French and English. For a plans deposited notice, we can translate it for you free of charge.

Affidavit

The affidavit is a signed document that officially states that a notice was published in Part I of the Canada Gazette on a specific date. It may be used before a court as evidence. Since April 1, 2018, you can obtain an affidavit free of charge.
