Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act, hereby terminates the assignment of the Honourable Josée Verner, made by Order in Council P.C. 2006-34 of February 6, 2006 (see footnote b), effective August 14, 2007.
